As the owner of Highland Lakes Appraisers, I am a licensed General Certified Appraiser (License #1323989), Owner of D. Green & Associates, and Real Estate Broker (License #222349). I work with clients through the entire process from buying and selling through the appraisal and the closing process. With over 30 years as a certified real estate appraiser, I am experienced in residential, commercial, farm and ranch appraisals for lending institutes and mortgage brokers. I have completed many appraisals for estates, legitimations, buyers or seller consultations and have even appeared as an expert court witness. I am also a FEMA Flood Plan Administrator for both the city of Highland Haven and the city of Granite Shoals, TX. I complete Floodplain compliance letters for new construction and septic installations and work closely with both cities to help improve all aspects of living in such a special community.

Janet is an Appraiser (License # 1341690) with Highland Lakes Appraisers in 2018 and an associate broker with RE/MAX of Marble Falls. She is a Highland Lakes native and became a licensed Realtor in 1984. She obtained her Broker license in 2012 and has served on the Highland Lakes Association of Realtors as Director in 2008 and 2014. She served as President on the Women’s Council of Realtors in 2008. She continues to serve on various committees for both organizations. She is also a member and involved with the Marble Falls Lake LBJ Chamber of Commerce.
